    After reading all the positive reviews, we were disappointed with our meals. The club appears to have been recently renovated and looks like a very nice restaurant but our roast of the day/carvery meals had a decidedly pensioner/budget feel and taste. We've had much better meals at other pubs and clubs. The meat was quite poor quality, the gravy was synthetic and the roast potatoes did not taste fresh.
